Basic aspects such as room cleanliness, refreshed air, and clean towels should always be prioritized. Unfortunately, these elements seemed lacking during my stay. Additionally, the sink in my room was not functioning properly, which was an inconvenience. Given that there are no windows in the rooms, the hotel management could consider installing air purifiers or breezers to ensure a fresher atmosphere. Better sound isolation would also be beneficial, as external noise was quite noticeable and made it difficult to rest. Another issue was the in-room phone with a large, bright display—it was disruptive and made falling asleep more challenging. A simple dimmer or an option to turn it off would be a great improvement. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be an excellent option for transit passengers, but these small yet impactful improvements are needed to truly elevate the guest experience. With more attention to these details, it could become a top choice for travelers seeking comfort during layovers.

Having a 14hours layover during the night in Abu Dhabi it was the best option to stay on the hotel. The location is close to security next to the duty free area, the people are really nice and always willing to help, the are available 24/7 at the front desk and even helped me with my bag to my room. The room was cozy and nice with AC, perfect for a short stay

Мы не могли пройти в зону вылета так как у нас не было ещё посадочных билетов, отель отказался отменять бронь и возвращать деньги! Мы сообщили в отель до нашего времени заселения! Ноль клиентоориентированности у отеля! Никому не советую, лучше бронируйте другой отель в Аэропорту Абу даби, в который можно попасть проще

Perfect as a place to rest between flights. Almost no noise from ouside so very peaceful. Small space and no wardrobe, also the bedside lamps did not work.

The location of the hotel and the quality wasn’t bad but the staff working in aisles was too loud.
